Supporting Kern County’s seniors and disabled population
Making a lasting impact in our community.
For the past four decades, Around The Clock has established a solid reputation for exceptional service in Kern County. In addition to offering a comprehensive range of services, ATC actively participates in community outreach through our non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, Kern Around The Clock Foundation. The Foundation offers payee services by helping clients manage their finances and daily activities, while also providing continuous life skills and community resource support.

Representative Payee
When you or your loved one can no longer manage your Social Security benefits or personal finances, our Representative Payee program can step in to be your reliable, trusted partner. This program provides financial management to disabled, at-risk clients and any other person requiring assistance with the administration of their finances. We’ll serve as your fiduciary to always make decisions with your best interest at heart, keeping excellent records and open communication.

Kern Around the Clock Foundation provides support to those in need.
As a private, 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, KATCF walks alongside both senior and disabled clients who can no longer pay for certain services. Our foundation was designed to encourage and support individuals in our community, with practical tools and assistance to provide help where it is needed most.
Care when you need it.
Everyone deserves to feel confident they’re receiving the care services, respect, and attention they deserve. Around The Clock is here to meet every need for those we serve – for generations to come.
