The second of our two 6-bed specialized assisted living facilities, Home Again II provides housing, care and support for senior adults in need of special assistance due to Dementia, Alzheimer’s Disease or those requiring Hospice Care. With personalized client care plans and extensive assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADL’s), this enhanced care facility provides comprehensive services in an intimate, home-style environment. Home Again II is located in Southwest Bakersfield at 100 Via Roblada Court.

Directions from Highway 99 North:
Exit freeway at Stockdale Highway. At the exit light (Wible Road) turn left (North) onto Wible Road. At the next light, Stockdale Highway, turn left (West). Continue West on Stockdale Highway to Jenkins Road, and turn right (North) onto Jenkins Road. At the first opportunity, turn left (West) onto Las Entradas, then turn immediately left (South) again onto Via Roblada. Continue South on Via Roblada to the end of the street, Home Again II is on the left (East) side of the street at 100 Via Roblada.

Directions from Highway 99 South:
Exit freeway at Stockdale Highway. Turn right (West) onto Stockdale Highway. Continue West on Stockdale Highway to Jenkins Road, and turn right (North) onto Jenkins Road. At the first opportunity, turn left (West) onto Las Entradas, then turn immediately left (South) again onto Via Roblada. Continue South on Via Roblada to the end of the street, Home Again II is on the left (East) side of the street at 100 Via Roblada.
